We thought that we would let you know that we are still here if you need us. There are just a few things that we need to make you aware of.
Essential Repairs Only
Our team of service engineers is still available to repair your equipment, but we are prioritising essential repairs for those in key sectors of the UK supply chain
We need to protect our service engineers’ health and that of their families. With that in mind, they are instructed to excuse themselves from any working environment that they consider to be unsafe.
If you do therefore book a service engineer visit, please help us by adhering to the government’s social distancing advice.

Spare Parts
We are continuing to dispatch parts as normal , however we have been informed that courier services have changed. Timed deliveries are now unavailable, although next day deliveries remain. If you would like to order any parts, orders placed by 2:30pm will be dispatched for next day delivery, please give Joe a call on 01709 242505 and choose Option 3 or email Joe at:
